    Nicole and the team from GR8 are fantastic providing superior property management services. Recently we experience an issue with our property’s floors which meant they all need to be replaced under warranty. Nicole oversaw the whole process and ensured that everything was resolved as quickly as possible.

    We used Gr8 to manage our rental property for about 5 years. They were thorough, efficient, professional and easy to communicate with. They have knowledgable, well trained staff, who don't cut corners in getting the job done properly. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of property management services. The only reason we are not using them now, is because we have a close relative of a friend living in the property and are managing it ourselves.

    We rented a property with gr8 and stephanie virgo.We found them easy to work with and fast to fix any maitenance issues.They always corresponded quickly as possible and gave us extended time to move into our new home.
