  Do not use this company! We had completely renovated our house including new polished hard wood floors. The final thing left to do was steam clean our micro suede sofa. They flooded our floors, and I mean flooded - mop and bucket with approx 7 towels to clean up the water. To top it off they also put about a foot long deep scratch in our new $5000 polished floors when pushing a chair across the floor. We had the chair situated on a rug so it wouldn't scratch, but as they flooded the rug... They needed to move the chair to suck the water out of the rug.
  The micro suede is now hard, like its full of soap and is also scratched. You can see the lines where the cleaner has been dragged across it. The couches were left soaking wet. We had the heater on full overnight with fans blowing on them and they were still wet the next morning. When I complained, the response I received was "it'll all be good, water never hurt anything". Interesting response. Clearly they don't know what flood damage is. After getting nowhere with my complaint, no compensation for the damage and not even an apology, I am making sure people are aware of these amateurs! I would not use this company again if they were the only cleaning company available.
